IGARSS 2020 Paper Submission

Paper Title

Title should be in ALL CAPS and should EXACTLY match the paper submitted. Avoid using LaTeX codes in the paper title; all elements in the title should be representable in a Unicode font.

Make sure the full title is entered; beware of line breaks when pasting from a PDF file.

Presentation Format Preference

Optionally choose a preference for the presentation format if this paper is accepted. Presentation format preferences are not guaranteed, but will assist the chairs in putting together the program.

Exclude manuscript from proceedings (IEEE Xplore)

By default, all accepted papers which are presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings. If you do not wish to have this submission published in the proceedings, indicate so here.

Student Paper Contest

Requirements for eligibility (see Student Paper Contest for more details):

  1. The first/principal author must be a student.
  2. The student must be an IEEE member.
  3. Each student can only submit one paper for consideration in the contest.
  4. The student must be in a degree program at the time of submission of IGARSS 2020 paper.
  5. The student must attend IGARSS 2020 and present the paper.
  6. The student will publish the paper in the IGARSS 2020 proceedings.

The student paper competion entry requires:

  1. A 2-4 page, publish-ready paper formatted in 2-column format according to the paper kit;
  2. a signed letter from a faculty advisor stating the student; is a candidate for a degree; will personally present the paper (if accepted); will publish in the IGARSS 2020 Proceedings; will register and participate in the symposium; and can attend the Awards Banquet;
  3. Proof of your student status.

Important Information

Authors should be aware:

  1. All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration.
  2. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented by an author on-site will be withdrawn from the official proceedings archived on IEEE Xplore.
  3. I affirm I have read through the complete paper kit and agree to the conditions described therein.
